First day in FSA

I never apply to become an employee in this institution. But "forced" act is already enacted. It outlines that a financial service authority should be in operation started the beginning of 2014 (It is for banking. For other financial services, it has been started since October 2013). And we who work in banking supervision should be placed there to fulfil the superviser gap, as "placement".  It means that after 2 years as, act states, we will be given choices whether back to our first office or stay in FSA.

Why should FSA? I don't know. You better ask to the MPs who insisted (forced?) on the FSA bill to be put into an act. In parliamentary terms, it might be a performance indicator for a legislator. But in commercial world, it come up with subtle question: What (how much) you can get from this enactment? (in term of currency or facility). For the whole life I never understand why such people put many people likes us at stake just for game and their own personal interest.

It is our first days in FSA. Nothing we can do except reading standard operationg procedure which has many difference from our institutions's one. We cannot do anything big because there is no budget approval from Commissioner Board. Any department that should have their duty in operation can do with their own budget first, and then have the bills reimbursed to the Accounting Department. What a weird!

We never have any intention to work in this institution. Our own governor (who is former MOF and staunch promoter of FSA) seems prefer that we can prolong in FSA and choose not to return to our original institution. What kind of management is this actually? Is it because he himself who was also president director of a government bank has a longlife feud with BI superviser?

Why? Why should us?
